James C. Diefenbach, Esq.
Mr. Diefenbach represents a range of clients, from home owners to businesses in the real estate and construction industries. Mr. Diefenbach has extensive dispute resolution, contract negotiation and business litigation experience and has an in depth knowledge of these sectors and is specifically equipped to assist clients engaged in business, real estate and construction for both public and private works construction.
Mr. Diefenbach also has become well versed at assisting property owners and entities resolve disputes with contractors who did not adequately perform their work. His trial experience makes him an added asset to the firm and his presence in both our New York and California offices is a benefit to our bi-coastal and international clients.
Mr. Diefenbach has extensive experience in dispute resolution and represented clients in a variety of jurisdictions across California. Mr. Diefenbach also has represented clients in Civil Wage Penalty Assesments, Arbitrations, Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals matters, Contract Dispute Resolution Board matters, and civil court cases through trial. In addition, we both pursue and defend claims involving contractor's license bonds and complaints to the Contractor State License Board.

Mr. Diefenbach received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law and also graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology and minor in Political Science.

Lindsey Olson Diefenbach, Esq.
Ms. Diefenbach has worked exclusively in intellectual property for the past five years. Handling a wide ranging portfolio spanning over 50 countries for large and small clients alike, she manages all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution.

Ms. Diefenbach received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, with a concentration on Intellectual Property Law, and also graduated from UCLA with degrees in Psychology and Communications.
